Patong's Bangla Road is the equivalent of Pattaya's Walking Street and has many beer bars, clubs, restaurants, live music, and gogo bars.
It's a loud and lively adult entertainment area for tourists to party all night long and not for the faint-hearted.
The downside is that you are going to be pestered by hawkers to go and see a ping pong show or live sex show.

Every room comes with complimentary wifi, a 42-inch flat-screen TV and balcony. All rooms are airconditioned and come with a DVD player, computer and printer as well as a fridge and beach towels. The hotel has 24 hr room service and a restaurant that serves local and Western dishes.

This is a modern hotel and is very popular with tourists and offers accomodation at a great price. It is about a 10-minute walk from Bangla road and well located has a lovely location. Just 5 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes from Bangla road.
The rooms are clean a medium-sized with ample furniture and feature a Queen bed. Each room has a balcony with city views, air conditioning, free wifi, a TV with over 50 channels and a minibar fridge. There is daily housekeeping and a laundry service.

This hotel is 700 meters from Patong beach and about 20-minute walking distance to the entertainment venues. The Jungceylon mall is a ten-minute tuk-tuk ride. This hotel is not located as well as the others but you can still stay here if none others are available.
The rooms are nice and have been recently refurbished and have a small balcony, air conditioning, cable TV, a minibar and complimentary wifi. This hotel also offers a currency exchange, airport transfer, and a laundry service.

Amenities include a great steak restaurant with a bar, a games room with billiard tables and regular live entertainment. There is also 24 hr room service but breakfast although not free is superb. There is an ATM outside the hotel.

One of my favorites because it has so much to offer in terms of location, quality of the rooms and of course the price. Everything you need is at hand, Bangla Road and Jungceylon mall is a few minutes by foot.
The rooms are clean and spacious each with its own theme and include complimentary wifi, very fast internet (30 Mbps), a flat-screen TV and a comfortable queen or king bed. There is also a restaurant, bar, 24 hr room service, airport shuttle, safety deposit boxes, currency exchange, cash withdrawal facility, and laundry service.
